How to Prepare for Class

You will need:

• Powertex Universal Medium
• strip(s) of fabric (cotton, muslin, t-shirt, gauze)
• bottle of choice (wine, perfume, gourmet oil, etc)
• plastic wrap
• disposable gloves
• shallow plastic disposable container to pour Powertex into and dip fabric and embellishments into
• plastic to protect work surface
• embellishments such as paper or silk flowers/leaves, ribbons, etc
• paints and/or pigments* (if using pigments, you will also need a fluid varnish)
• 1/2" flat paintbrush for dry brushing
